Congratulation Letter To The President Of The United States Of America

H.E. DONALD JOHN TRUMP                                       January 20, 2017

         WHITE HOUSE

1600 PENN AVE.NW

WASHINGTON DC 20500

Dear President Donald Trump

Please accept our warmest congratulation on behalf of the Republic of Somaliland and Somaliland people. We want to convey our heartfelt and enthusiastic congratulation to President Donald J. Trump and your Vice-President Mike Pence.

The United States unwavering support to Somaliland Freedom, Independence and Statehood. It gives us a very solid foundation for our friendship and cooperation.

Somaliland Republic and The United States are the closet allies bound by shared belief in Democracy, human rights and strong commitment to deal with today’s security, terrorism, economic and political challenges. We stand ready to defend together the freedom and interest of our citizen and to develop joint projects aimed at ensuring the well-being of our people.

Thank you for your country continual support in Africa is greatly appreciated the humanitarian involvement in Sudan and Somalia, the advancement of democracy in Southern and East Africa, these courageous chapters of United States correcting wrong are now part of our African History.

Somaliland Republic situation could present a successful model for you. With particular eye on the current U.S mood of its citizens. Please consider Somaliland’s present conditions with possible solutions via passive but secondary involvement by your administration.

The Somaliland Advocacy Group represents the unrecognized Republic of Somaliland. The problems of our country are the same major problems you are correcting for the United States. Education, Healthcare, Economy and Recognition.

Our infrastructure was completely destroyed by the war against Dictator President of Somalia….” Siad Barre”. Slowly, we are rebuilding, and we have created a working democracy. This reconstruction needs outside capital. We do not want U.S. Aid, Loans or projects-nor are they palatable at international lending institutions to recognize it as a legal guaranteed financing. This should not be construed as diplomatic recognition request. For restoration of lives, we propose please as the bankers to allow Somaliland to present loan applications.

A healthy Somaliland livestock industry can help feed Africa and the Middle East. If our enormous petroleum potential proves real, our crude oil can be shipped to the United States without going through the Strait of Hormuz. We stand to resolve our rebuilding problems with self-help programs and outside capital loans. We Somali landers defined our national border in 1960, reflecting hundreds of years of internal identity.

Mr. President, I hope that you will have the opportunity to meet in the near future our head of state to discuss in the spirit of exceptional friendship that exists between our nations that relationship between Somaliland and United States.

May we again congratulate your as the 45th President of the United States of America. We wish you the best of success in this very responsible position as well as great prosperity to your country. Best wishes in leading USA to great achievements in the coming years.

SINCERELY
