Qatar Civilized Diplomacy and Saudi Arabia Livestock Abuses,

Qatar Civilized Diplomacy and Saudi Arabia Livestock Abuses and More.

The state of Qatar, a member of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Oman), has employed its ample financial resources to try to “punch above the weight” on regional and international affairs and in so doing, avoid domination by de-facto GCC leader Saudi Arabia. Qatar has arbitrated and diplomatically smooth, directly and indirectly, in several regional conflicts resolutions were gains credit, including in Syria and Libya, and has sought to mediate disputes in or involving Lebanon, Sudan, the Palestinian and Israel, the Afghanistan, and some Syrian groups. Qatar has supported efforts to limit Israel and U.S. regional power influence while maintaining dialogue with Russia, Turkey, Pakistan and Iran. However, Qatar’s policies—which include trade sanction against Israel—have injured Qatar’s relations with some GCC Zionist loyal servants, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain and other free raiders. These countries stress that the overthrow Brotherhood is a threat to their domestic security and Qatar suspicious inviting other bi-polar powers in the Gulf and Middle East regional influence. The differences erupted into a crisis on June 5, 2017, when Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain, joined by Egypt and a few other governments backing by the United States, severed relations with Qatar and imposed limits on the entry and transit of Qatari nationals and vessels in their territories, waters, airspace and plotting Qatar invasion.

On 20 June 2017. Saudi Arabia committed animal welfare abuses codes of ethics, after Saudi Arabia deports, While U.S state department supports and used words (reasonable and actionable) that camels and sheeps belonging to Qataris not be herded in their side of the borders. According to media reports, 15 thousand camels and 10 thousand sheeps have mistreated and punished long standing hours desert heat temperature and stick to cross from Saudi Arabia to Qatar. So far, a question remains un answered? . Although we have been expecting the Imam Kabba should say something. How Iconic Muslim country was mistreated animal praised by Allah in the Holly Quran. Or the Vatican Pops will seminar Saudi Arabia Imams. How the religions holy scriptures (Books) (Quran, Gospel, Torah, Oath) prohibited animal mistreatments and mankind moral and ethical responsibilities about animal rights.  Shame to blame for such knowledge gaps by those claiming civilized country..

U.S Secretary of State Rex Tillerson insisted Saudi Arabia demands are “reasonable and actionable”. This is awkward and embarrassed U.S foreign diplomacy lacked the moral compass. While Saudi Arabia deny blockade and pressure United States and other Arab countries to support their static position, or share reparation, compensation and defamation.

Kuwait is start and continues to mediate the dispute. Because Kuwait administration believe that the middle east and gulf have enough wars to deal with and other war fronts, Will destabilize regional peace and security out of the control.

In contrary stability threatens to fracture U.S. Israel efforts to counter regional strategic and resources interest from other world powers. As do the other GCC leaders, Qatar’s leaders apparently view the United States as the guarantor of Gulf security. Since 1992, the United States and Qatar have had a formal Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) that addresses a U.S. troop presence in Qatar, consideration of U.S. arms sales to Qatar, U.S. training, and other defense cooperation. Under the DCA, Qatar hosts about 10,000 U.S. forces at its military facilities, including at the large Al Udeid Air Base, as well as the regional headquarters for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) that commensurate GCC army’s capacity.

In brief the United States is very much capable of creating Middle East a new regional order by imposing stability under its hegemony.

U.S and Other GCC Conspiracy against Qatar Issues, a main cause still remains. And U.S constitution grantee any country pose trade sanction to Israel, becomes a target of the U.S conspiracy, EU TPP, Paris Act withdrawal, Brussels insecurity among others

During and after congressional deliberations, public debate regarding this trade negotiating objective focused on whether EU “differentiation” between commerce with Israeli settlements and commerce with Israel constitutes or promotes boycott, divestment, and sanctions BDS-related activity. The State Department spokesperson’s office weighed in on the debate with a statement following the enactment of P.L. 114-26 that included the following passage: The  United  States  has  worked  in  the  three  decades  since  signing  the  U.S.-Israel  Free Trade  Agreement  –  our  first  such  agreement  with  any  country  –  to  grow  trade  and investment ties exponentially with Israel. The United States government has also strongly opposed boycotts, divestment campaigns, and sanctions targeting the State of Israel, and

will continue to do so. However, by conflating Israel and “Israeli-controlled territories,” a provision of the Trade Promotion Authority legislation runs counter to longstanding U.S.  policy  towards  the occupied  territories,  including  with  regard  to  settlement  activity.  Every  U.S. administration  since  1967  –  Democrat  and  Republican  alike  – has  opposed  Israeli settlement activity beyond the 1967 lines. This [Obama] Administration is no different. The U.S.  government  has  never  defended  or  supported  Israeli  settlements  and  activity

U.S. forces in Qatar participate in all U.S. operations in the region, including Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) against the Islamic State organization in Iraq and Syria, and in Afghanistan. The Qatari government is helping the United States combat regional Islamist terrorist organizations. However, there have been repeated baseless accusations by international interest groups that Qatar’s leader’s democratic exercises will undermine or contribute the neighboring kingdoms insecurity. Members of Congress generally have taken into account these and all the other aspects of Qatar’s policies in consideration of U.S. arms sales to Qatar, such as a recently signed sale of F-15s. The voluntary open door U.S arms sales and positively increases defense budgets and secure military spending.

However, China , Russia U.S. and international reports  Qatar  is leading GCC for human rights ,freedom of expression , women rights, labor rights ,religious freedom. International diplomatic reconciliation in disputed countries, functions, religious movements, freedom movements and the positive social media, Large aid foundations. Qatar is wrestling with the downturn in global hydrocarbons prices since 2014, as are the other GCC states. Qatar is positioned to weather the downturn because of its small population, competent, smart youth leaders and substantial financial reserves. Qatar shares with virtually all the other GCC states economic diversification and reliance on revenues from sales of hydrocarbon products.

Qatar media has adopted an interdisciplinary and interactive approach as it responds to or define complex issues in clear and understandable ways, identify basic causes of the problems under consideration. And highlight available policy choices and potential effects of action.

Shaykh Hamad , competent and magical intelligence wife, and several  other academic Family  key figures light up  Qatar regional educational, economical and political influences. Qatari media refer to Shaykh Hamad as “The Father Amir” and acknowledge that he has some continuing role in defense matters, Shaykha Moza al-Misnad Al Thani, acadmic contribution advances Qatar educational enrichment establishment. Chairs the Qatar Foundation for education, Science, and Community Development (QF). The QF runs Doha’s Education City, where several western universities have established branches, and which is a large investor in the United States and Europe. Another relative, Hamad bin Jasim Al Thani, remains active in Qatar’s investment activities and international circles. During Amir Hamad’s rule, Shaykh Hamad bin Jasim was Foreign Minister, Prime Minister, and architect of Qatar’s relatively independent foreign policy. Shaykh Hamad’s father—and the current Amir’s grandfather—Khalifa bin Hamad died in October 2016.

Qatar generation education enrichment poses challenge that will influence and dictate Middle East political power and derail Zionist regional strategy. Such initiatives have been launched.

U.S. Support in Educating the Next Generation of Saudis. The kingdom’s investments in the education sector are an acknowledgement of the challenges related to preparing the large Saudi youth population (~45% under 25 years of age) to compete and prosper in coming decades. It also is possible that a more

educated and economically engaged youth population could make new social and/or political reform demands. In this regard, joint efforts to expand the number of Saudi students enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities since the m id-2000’s may have cumulative economic, social, and political effects on Saudi society in future decades. The number of Saudi students pursuing higher education in the United States increased ten-fold from 2000 to 2015, including more than 61,200 Saudi stu dents in the

United States during the 2015/2016 academic year.In 2016, the kingdom announced plans to reduce funding for some overseas students, after failure students to pass grades. some reports have suggested that the number of Saudi students enrolled in some U.S. universities is declining as program requirements are changed.
